Shipping & Delivery

As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to despatch your goods within 24 working hours of receiving the order. You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays. You can see delivery costs in the shopping cart and these can be updated as products are added or removed. Delivery cost is also confirmed at the checkout stage.

In the UK please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You can also choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if you need your order within 2 working days.
For delivery outside UK,you can choose:
a) Air small packet post. Please allow up to 21 days for an order to arrive. (This is not offered to countries where the service is not reliable.)
b) 'Express Courier' which is a 2-5 day service with full tracking. This has to be delivered to a street address (no P.O.Boxes) and someone needs to be available to sign for the package.
Prices shown all include tax (UK VAT). If you live outside the EU, tax will be deducted in the shopping cart, when you select your country for shipping. Note that outside UK, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Each country has a lower limit, below which duty is not charged. For small orders, below £45.00, you are unlikely to be charged, but please check the actual amounts for your country.

Returns & Replacements
We are happy to accept returns and replace items if you have ordered wrongly. Please complete the Contact Us form and tell us the reason for your return. For a refund, all items should be returned in original condition. Your rights are covered in clause 9 of our tems and conditions.
