As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to despatch your goods within 24 working hours of receiving the order. You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays. You can see delivery costs in the shopping cart and these can be updated as products are added or removed. Delivery cost is also confirmed at the checkout stage.

In the UK please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You can also choose a Tracked Courier if you need your order within 2 days.

For delivery outside UK, we use an Express Courier, which is a 2-5 day service with full tracking. This has to be delivered to a street address (no P.O.Boxes) and someone needs to be available to sign for the package. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT) which are applied when the delivery reaches your country. Please note that we have no control over these charges. You are responsible for any import duties and taxes, plus any charges the Courier makes for administration.
Prices shown all include tax (UK VAT). If you live outside the UK, tax will be deducted in the shopping cart, when you select your country for shipping. Note that outside UK, you are responsible for duties and taxes as mentioned above.

Returns & Replacements
We are happy to accept returns and replace items if you have ordered wrongly. Please complete the Contact Us form and tell us the reason for your return. For a refund, all items should be returned in original condition. Your rights are covered in clause 9 of our tems and conditions.
