The Clamcleat® CL285 is an all aluminium cleat that is rigged on a rope. Easy to rig with a 2:1 advantage using 4-6mm rope. The position of the cleat on the rope can be adjusted by hand as no tools are required.
Perfect for use on kitesurf trim lines, brake lines and adjuster lines, using a 6mm rope, the CL285 is suitable for the heaviest kiter. We always advise fitting a PT524 or PT525 stopper ball on the brake line. This was designed to absorb shock between the Cleat and the bar, to avoid damage if the bar is released abruptly in difficult conditions and hits hard against the base of the cleat.
It is also ideal for higher loads on guy lines for tents, canvas structures, radio masts and aerials because it is suitablefor extreme conditions of hot and cold -40°c to +40°C (-40°F to 100°F).

We deliver worldwide. As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to despatch your goods within 24 working hours of receiving the order. In the UK please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You can also choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if you need your order within 2 working days..
For delivery outside UK,you can choose:
a) Air small packet post (non-tracked service). Please allow up to 28 days for an order to arrive. (This is not offered to countries where the service is not reliable.)
b) 'Express Courier' which is a 2-5 day service with full tracking. This has to be delivered to a street address (no P.O.Boxes) and someone needs to be available to sign for the package.
Note that outside UK, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Each country has a lower limit, below which duty is not charged. For small orders, below £45.00, you are unlikely to be charged, but please check the actual amounts for your country.
All prices are shown including tax (UK VAT). If you live outside the UK, tax will be deducted in the shopping cart, when you select your country for shipping.
Currency
All orders are invoiced in GB Pounds Sterling. Currency conversions are shown for informational purposes and are approximate amounts in the converted currency. Credit/Debit cards will be charged in UK Pounds and the converted amounts are not necessarily the exact amount which will appear on your card statement.
