The Clamcleat® CL835 is designed to take the rope from inside the tube to outside and to cleat it off using either a silver or hard anodised Aluminium CL211 Mk2 cleat. Holds 3-6mm (1/8"-1/4") ropes. Maximum load 150kg (300lb).
The black CL835 has a hard anodised CL211 Mk2AN aluminium cleat, plus insulators. When you are fitting an aluminium cleat to carbon spars, we recommend you use the supplied PT420 insulators under the screw/bolt heads. They prevent electrotytic decomposition of the aluminium or carbon.
The light grey CL835LG has our silver CL211 Mk2 cleat. This is ideal for alumiumium, stainless steal or grey plastics tubing.
Ideal for use with sunshades and flag poles. The sheave keeps the rope from coming into contact with the fixings and will allow the rope to travel is the same direction as the cleat or at 180 degrees. The plate housing is designed to ensure a tidy finish even if the hole cut in the tube is slightly over size. Use the blue card as a cutting template. We deliver worldwide. As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to despatch your goods within 24 working hours of receiving the order. In the UK please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You can also choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if you need your order within 2 working days..
For delivery outside UK,you can choose:
a) Air small packet post (non-tracked service). Please allow up to 28 days for an order to arrive. (This is not offered to countries where the service is not reliable.)
b) 'Express Courier' which is a 2-5 day service with full tracking. This has to be delivered to a street address (no P.O.Boxes) and someone needs to be available to sign for the package.
Note that outside UK, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Each country has a lower limit, below which duty is not charged. For small orders, below £45.00, you are unlikely to be charged, but please check the actual amounts for your country.
All prices are shown including tax (UK VAT). If you live outside the UK, tax will be deducted in the shopping cart, when you select your country for shipping.
Currency
All orders are invoiced in GB Pounds Sterling. Currency conversions are shown for informational purposes and are approximate amounts in the converted currency.
